Order Process

Our Expertise as a Manufacturer:

We invite you to visit our CEC “Customer Expectation Center” at our location in Chesterfield to take advantage of a showcase that presents all Cambria designs, layouts, and a variety of edges, reveals and seaming possibilities.

We encourage you to bring in a rough drawing of your project with dimensions, which will enable us to provide you or your dealer with a detailed estimate.

Material Selection:

We are the largest fabricator of Cambria in the Greater St. Louis area.  We specialize in the fabrication and installation of Cambria countertops with a wide variety of styles and designs to choose from.

Quote:

You will receive a detailed quote including all necessary services.

No surprises!

Upon acceptance of the quote we require a 50% deposit for material and labor.

Template:

Prior scheduling a template your project manager will help you to specify design, color,  edge profile, sink reveal, overhang, sink model, cook top info, and faucet info.

Shortly after measure you will receive an updated quote (in case the dimensions have changed).

Engineering & Fabrication:

After your approval we will start drawing the parts, program the CNC machines, and specify any seams and rails.  It might be necessary to digitize a sink template to fit your requested design.

We will contact you during this period to verify the job requirements and to determine an installation date.

If requested, your project manager will email you a “digital photo layout” on how the parts are cut out of the slabs prior cutting.

Install:

Finally, we will install the countertops and take care of any other work you requested, such as tear out of your existing countertops etc.

At this point we require the final payment.

Lastly, we will provide you with valuable information regarding care and maintenance of your new countertops.
