Jo & Dee Dee were so accommodating when my project finally got back on track and scheduled me quickly. Mike & Sam were the amazing installation team. They were kind, polite, professional, & efficient. I've never seen two installers work so flawlessly together with great communication. Mike even borrowed a broom to clean up any mess made from the window sill install. So impressed! I am EXTREMELY pleased with my countertops & window sill! Beautiful! The countertops were installed in a timely way but there were a few issues related to the size of the sink opening and stovetop opening that needed correcting. The installers Mike and Sam corrected the stovetop cutout the day of installation. They had to take the sink section back to the manufacturing site to enlarge and polish the opening. StoneTrends was able to get the sink opening fixed and returned to reinstall the sink and countertop 1 week from the original installation date so that I did not have to push back tile installation. Despite the original problems StoneTrends made it right and corrected all issues. Thankfully we had the same installers who understood what was going on for each of the installations and the pickup. They were friendly and courteous and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The countertop is beautiful.

Stone Trends installers arrived around 8:30 a.m. and completed the job in about 1 hour. All cutting, sawing, and trimming was accompanied by vacuuming. The surrounding areas were cleaned of any remaining debris. Brandon, Tim, and Jon were knowledgeable, skilled and professional. We are completely satisfied with the countertop installation they completed for us. We recommend this company highly.

Mike and Sam did a fantastic job. Quick, courteous, professional, and quality experience. Only recommendation is to switch to an epoxy adhesive for the splice joint to eliminate the styrene chemical smell. It took 8-12hrs for smell to disappear.
