Pre-Inspection
 All
slabs entering the fabrication process are inspected at arrival for
cracks, scratches, and other defects. Only slabs rated as "A"
are accepted.
The parts for your project are
continuously inspected for any defects during the manufacturing
process to ensure the tops leave the plant in a perfect condition.
The main inspections are:
Material handling: slabs are
inspected prior being cut.
Final Fit & Finish: the
completed part is checked for any defect and then released for
shipping.
Shipping/Installation: the tops
are inspected prior shipping and after install. |
