Order Process
|
We invite you to visit our CEC "Customer Expectation Center" at our
location in Chesterfield to take advantage of a showcase that
presents different materials, layouts, and a variety of edges,
reveals and seaming possibilities.
We encourage you to bring in a rough
drawing of your project with dimension, which will enable us to
provide you or your dealer with a detailed estimate.
At the same time we will schedule a
measure to verify dimensions and layout.
When
selecting granite or marble from one of our vendors, please contact
us first and we will be happy to meet you for proper inspection of
the selected slabs.
|
|
|
At
the point of measuring we need to specify material & color, edge
profile, sink reveal, overhang, sink model, cook top info, and
faucet info.
You will receive shortly after the
measure an updated quote (in cases the dimensions have changed).
|
|
|
Also,
we will start drawing the parts, program the CNCs, and specify any
seams and rails. It might be necessary to digitize a sink
template to fit your requested design.
If requested,
we will email you pictures on how the parts are cut out of your
selected slabs prior cutting.
We
can arrange for you
to visit our facility to overview the laser projection, means you
can determine to a degree where and how parts are cut out of the
slab. We offer this service for all our customers purchasing
"special order" granite or marble counter tops.
We will contact contact you during
this period to verify the job requirements, such as tear out, sink
hook up etc. and to determine an install date.
|
|
|
Finally,
we install the countertops and take care of any other work we agreed
on, such as tear out etc.
At this point we require the final
payment.
Since granite is a natural product and
varies slightly in thickness, it might be necessary to measure for
back splashes after install.
Also, we will provide you with
valuable information regarding care and maintenance of your new
countertops.
