  • We encourage all our customers to visit our facility as well as the facility of any fabricator they are considering.

  • We offer Cambria Natural Quartz Surfacing in addition to granite, and recommend our customers evaluate both products when making their selection.

  • We stock 14 very popular granites, but encourage our customers to also consider the many hundreds of beautiful stones available from our St. Louis granite distributors.  We are happy to meet you at their locations and assist you in the color selection process.

  • We offer six edge profiles in 3cm granite.  We know some fabricators have a limited edge offering, and provide thinner material or glue two pieces together to achieve a thicker appearance.

  • Our normal delivery time – after templating – is approximately 8-10 days.  We encourage our customers to verify how long it will take for their granite to be installed.

  • We have been in the countertop business since 1970, and have been fabricating granite for eight years.  We have grown due to our reputation for quality, service, and fairness.  We suggest our customers investigate the BBB complaints which may have been made against other fabricators they may be considering using.

  • Our proposal format clearly indicates exactly what we propose to provide and how the prices were calculated.  We understand from our customers they often find it difficult obtaining similar information from other fabricators.

  • We strongly encourage our customers to come in and inspect the actual granite material we propose to use on their project rather than selecting from a sample.  We also encourage them to come in and view a laser projection of exactly how each piece will be cut from the granite material they selected.  In our experience, customers who are not offered these options run the risk of being disappointed after their granite has been installed.

  • We make every effort to minimize the number of seams and to place them where our customers prefer to have them, rather than dictate where we want to place them in order to utilize small pieces of granite.

  • Our seams are “hard seams” utilizing a high-grade epoxy resin adhesive system rather than simply running a bead of silicone between two pieces.

  • We discuss bowl cutout reveals with our customers to insure they receive the aesthetic look they desire, rather than simply cutting a hole from a template without explaining to the customer what the final installation will look like.
